At Jabez Transportation Service, the safety and well-being of every student is our top priority. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and secure transportation experience, we ask that all parents/guardians and students acknowledge and adhere to the following responsibilities:
📌 Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Ensure your child is ready and at the pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Notify the company of any changes to your child’s schedule or transportation needs in a timely manner.

Review and discuss the bus rules and safety expectations with your child regularly.

Make sure your child understands the importance of respectful and safe behavior while on the bus.

Provide up-to-date contact information for emergencies and communication purposes.

Report any concerns or incidents to our customer support team immediately.
📌 Student Responsibilities

Follow the driver’s instructions at all times.

Remain seated and use seat belts (if available) while the bus is moving.

Keep noise levels low and avoid disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior.

Treat the bus and its equipment with care.

Respect the rights and safety of other passengers.

Enter and exit the bus in an orderly and safe manner.

When getting off a bus, look to be sure no cars are passing on the shoulder.

Wait for the bus driver to signal that it’s safe to cross.

When crossing the street to get on the bus or to go home, make eye contact with motorists before proceeding.
🚨 Violation of Responsibilities
Failure to comply with these expectations may result in:

Verbal or written warnings

Temporary suspension from transportation services

Permanent removal from the transportation program (in severe or repeated cases)
